About Placement

Training & placement cell is an integral part of the institute our college has provided complete infrastructure for effective function of the cell Training activities such as aptitude test interview skills communication skill etc are organized throughout the year in an effect towards preparing the prospective students for the campus recruitment.

Our placement cell is in constant touch with the industry and essentially keeps the student informed about the requirements & developments in different industrial sectors require ding the career opportunities available.

During the academic year do 11-12 the cell has organized a huge campus drive I.e. “DARBAR UDYOG USTAV” in this udyog utsav more than thousand students participated and more than seven hundred students have been recruited more than 15 reputed national & multinational companies participated in this utsav.

During academic 2013-14 second darbar udyog utsav -14 has organized more than seven hundred students participated and than two hundred students have been recruited.

On the other have, the placement cell also selected eligible students and sends them for off-campus programmers being conducted by the companies or colleges.

    The main activities of the cell are-
  1. To develop students environmental & technical skills.
  2. To organize & conduct Aptitude test, personality development, sessions, communication skills, classes, modes of interviews as a part of curriculum.
  3. To counsel the students as a regular to his/her cover appointment & opinion.
  4. To help the students in getting their dream job but also assists the visiting companies in identifying the right candidate for their organizations.
  5. To create abilities in the students which are derived by a cross-section of the industry.
  6. The companies also extended their support by training the student in various soft skills, helping the cell with the reserve persons & conducting value added courses for students.
Objectives
  • The primary objective is providing campus placement in best companies for our students
  • It aims at right training and instills confidence in students to enable them to face the corporate world.
